I spoke to the Lt. Gov. on this issue VERY recently, and he fully agrees. He, by the way, has his hat in the ring for the Governors post so I don't look for him to "have the time" to pursue this in depth. YOU and everyone who reads this, should contact TWO groups. First contact the Memphis Appeal (on their website there is a contact link as well as a link to their editors) to let them know what YOU think about the disclosure of this database to the "public at large". And secondly, if you feel as I do that the information should NOT be public, contact YOUR legislators to let them know how YOU feel about the subject. I guarantee they will listen.... I know Lt. Gov. Ramsey did and he's just as upset over this as I am....for his name was also on the list!

Now that the Memphis Commercial Appeal has published acess to the state's CCP database, this legislation is needed more than ever.
