• Introduced by Sen. Mark Norris (R) on February 25, 2009, to require a voter to have proof of U.S. citizenship in order to vote, including at least one form of photo identification, and outlines forms of identification that are acceptable. The bill states that proof of voter registration in another state or county is not acceptable to prove citizenship.
