I understand that this bill has been killed in committee. That won't cut it folks. We the people of the state of Tennessee expect our represenatives to do the right thing and this was nothing less than an out rage. This ain't over.

This legislation is long over due. It is so obvious that one has to wonder why it was held up in committee. All Citizens have a right to vote, not all do. But it is not unreasonable to require voters to prove their citizenship, before voting. And that crumby voter registration law has got to be rescinded. If someone wants to be able to vote, they should make the effort to register. It's not all that difficult, if you're here legally.

George, if you will email me so I can get your address, I will send you an article about how they vote in Mexico that will really piss you off. There is something really fishy about this stuff. Both sides of the isle think that they are going to cash in on the Latino vote. This is really stupid, because when enough of them get in here, they are not going to vote democrat or republican. They are going to vote Mexican. It is what I would do if I were them.
