    Taxing of internet transactions

Once again an undercover progressive is trying to stick it to tennessee consumers under the guise of making TN a better place for business to relocate.

Lamar Alexander is backing a bill in the US Senate that will tax internet purchases. By passing this bill it will only hurt consumers and will line the pockets of Tennessee politicians so they can continue to make terrible choices when spending what they already get.

If you believe that a new tax is the answer to irresponsible management then keep quiet and get ready to expose yourself to even harder financial times.

Look carefully at Alexanders record and you will see he is no friend to voters but is one of the "Players" that will trade your money to gain favor with business and donors.

Vote your conscious and not party. Remember the lesser of two evils is still evil. This man is no conservative just another used car salesman trying to pad his retiremant with your money!

     Phlebo,

I totally agree with you on this attempt to squash the free market...it never surprises me when the Dems do this but a supposed conservative Republican???   What good will this tax on "everything" we buy help my wallet here in Tennessee??!!  A state that is mismanaged and in the red....gee what will the politicians do with all this money?? Perhaps more in their own pockets, perhaps more of my hard earned money going to bloated and mismanaged social programs - why work when the government will just take more of my money and hand it to those who don't contribute and never will??  Remember folks, that L. Alexander is the same man that gave ultra left wing liberal Supreme Court nominees Sotomayor and Kagan a nod for the bench and said that well, they gave a nod to our nominees a few year ago, meaning Roberts and Alito.....quid pro quo??? No excuse for allowing those two on the bench!!  We need to vote this progressive style, money hungry man out of office!!!!

I also agree. Taxation will not going to stop the irresponsible management  rather it will increase the problems for the common people. Things are already  a bit harsh for common people with the increasing price rates of common commodities. Instead some other kind of solution should be prefered.
